Companies wishing to have multiple employees working on their items simultaneously should have individual account(s) for each employee.
SSB does not permit the following: simultaneous logins into a single SSB account by multiple persons, simultaneous image uploads into a single SSB account by multiple persons, simultaneous creation of listings by a single SSB account by multiple persons, simultaneous launching of items from a single SSB account by multiple persons.
Persons found to be sharing their subscription(s) amongst multiple persons will have their account immediately terminated without refund.
All information or data of any kind, whether text, software, code, music or sound, photographs or graphics, video or other materials (Content), publicly or privately provided, shall be the sole responsibility of the subscriber providing the Content or the person whose user account is used. We are a family friendly website; however you agree that subscriber uploaded or linked materials may expose you to Content that may be you may feel is objectionable or offensive. We shall not be responsible in any way for the Content that appears in a subscriber's account or used in our templates nor for any error or omission.

It is the subscriber's responsibility to ensure that payments are submitted on the scheduled renewal date.
Payments
Payments are expected at the beginning of your billing cycle, for services in advance. A monthly billing cycle begins on the day of your subscription purchase, and renews the next month on the same calendar date (e.g. a subscription begun on January 9 will renew on February 9). Most payments are recurring (i.e. renewed automatically), to assure continuity of service. Our preferred payment provider is PayPal. If you do not have -- or do not wish to use -- a PayPal account, we also accept credit or debit card payments via Square. Please contact our support desk for Square payment instructions. You may attach a credit card or bank account to your PayPal account in advance of subscribing. It is expected that your account have sufficient funds to pay the charges for your billing cycle to avoid service interruption.
If you have authorized recurring payments for services by PayPal (credit card, bank account or PayPal balance) or by Square Payments (credit card or debit card), no additional notice or consent is required by Seller Sourcebook for the payment to be drawn by PayPal or Square, until you notify us of your cancellation.
Payment Failures
If payment is not received on the renewal date, we will try to reach you via the email address you registered with our service. If the email address used for PayPal or Square is different from your registered email, we may also contact you at that alternate address. We ask that you check your SPAM filter regularly, because email is our primary form of communication.
If PayPal is unable to collect payment: In the case of payment failures, PayPal sends a notice after each failure to both Seller Sourcebook and the subscriber. For privacy reasons, PayPal does reveal the reason for payment failures. It could be as simple as a changed expiration date of your credit card. PayPal may pause your subscription billing after one or more payment failures. Seller Sourcebook is not able to restart paused subscriptions. The reason for the payment failure(s) must be addressed by the PayPal account holder, and the subscription billing must be reinstated in the form of a renewal.
If Square is unable to collect payment: If Square cannot process your credit or debit card payment, Square will notify both Seller Sourcebook and the subscriber. For security reasons, we do not accept card information via email. If your card details must be updated, the subscription must be canceled and the subscription billing reestablished in the form of a renewal. Please contact our Help Desk for renewal instructions.
Past-due Balances
Accounts with overdue renewal payments are subject to suspension when payment is over 30 days past due. This will result in images and templates being taken offline (they will no longer show in listings at eBay or any other listing site). To avoid a service interruption, a renewal must be submitted before 30 days have passed.
Seller Sourcebook reserves the right to separately invoice for services that were rendered prior to your renewal. This invoice is due and payable immediately.
Service Fees & Coupon Codes
Please refer to our Pricing page for current service fees. Our subscription fees and subscription terms are subject to change, but we will always provide you with at least 30 days notice. We will post a general message to our home page concerning any upcoming price increases.
We sometimes offer coupon codes for discounted subscriptions. However, Seller Sourcebook is not obligated to honor counterfeit coupon codes invented by third party web sites. We will be glad to provide you with a valid coupon code upon request.
Cancellations must be received by Seller Sourcebook to ensure you are no longer billed.
How To Submit a Cancellation Request:
If your subscription is non-recurring (a one-time PayPal invoice, One-time Square invoice, or Money Order), or if your cancellation is not urgent, no further action is necessary. Please allow 48 hours to receive acknowledgement of your cancellation from our Support team.
Important: If you must urgently cancel to prevent a scheduled payment, you may cancel directly with the payment processor. Otherwise, you may contact our Help Desk for assistance.
How To Cancel Recurring PayPal Subscription Billing:
Successful subscription termination requests are acknowledged via email by PayPal for recurring payments. If you do not receive an acknowledgement, please check your PayPal account to verify your subscription to our service has been terminated. You may also contact us to verify that we received the cancellation. Accounts remain online and active until your paid time has expired.
How To Cancel Recurring Square Billing:
If you have a recurring subscription and you cancelled it on the same day as your renewal payment, or within three (3) days of it, and wish to close your account immediately, please contact our help desk to let us know so we can refund the payment and close your SSB account. Otherwise, we will assume that you intend to use your paid time, and your account will be kept open until your paid time expires.
We DO NOT keep your photos online after your account has expired and template graphics will NOT display in any auctions, storefronts, store listings or eBay About Me Pages (or similar type pages on other auction sites). If you have SSB-hosted graphics in any of these pages, we recommend that you revise them prior to the end of your subscription's paid time.
Photos are kept in archive for 30 days after the end of your subscription term in the event you renew your account and would like them restored. If your account is renewed after 30 days, and you would like your images recovered, we can perform a special search on our backup systems and attempt to restore them to your account. Please note there is a nominal fee for this service which is based on the number of months your photos have been held in archive. This fee is applied for the time required to recover the images and transfer them to your account. NOTE: If you have paid to have your account on Sleep Status this fee would not apply.
Refunds are given on the above listed subscriptions only when ALL of the following conditions are met. All qualifying refunds amounts will incur a nominal processing fee.
If no notification is received or if notification is later than three (3) days after subscription cancellation, SSB will keep your account open and available for use until the paid time has expired and no refund will be given. At NO time will a refund for a PayPal-based subscription be sent to a PayPal account other than the one used on the original transaction.
If you inadvertently create a duplicate subscription or account only your most recent payment will be refunded to you.
No refunds for paid time remaining if your account is cancelled due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

Layouts & Templates, or portions thereof, may not be lent, shared, sold, given away, archived or in any way distributed in ANY form (electronic, digital and/or print) or included in ANY collections or offerings (electronic, digital and/or print) at ANY time. There are NO exceptions.
Subscribers found to be lending, sharing, selling, giving away or in any way distributing our Layouts & Templates, or portions thereof, as well as code from completed listings, in ANY form (electronic, digital and/or print) or have allowed inclusion of them in ANY collections or offerings (electronic, digital and/or print) may have their account(s) terminated immediately without refund. Subscribers MAY archive copies of their completed listings on their personal computers for the duration their paid subscription after which time they must be destroyed. Archived copies of completed listings may not be reworked, modified or reused after a subscription has ended.
Non-Subscribers found to be lending, sharing, selling, giving away, archiving or in any way distributing Layouts & Templates, or portions thereof, in ANY form (electronic, digital and/or print) or have allowed inclusion of them in ANY collections or offerings (electronic, digital and/or print) may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. A notification of Copyright Infringement shall also be sent to any and all site(s) where the offending materials have been posted, displayed or linked.

Former subscribers found to be using, sharing, selling and/or distributing graphical elements, either in part or in whole, in ANY form (electronic, digital and/or print) shall be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. In the case of online use a notification of Copyright Infringement shall also be sent to any and all auction site(s) and/or web site(s) where the offending materials have been posted, displayed, linked or uploaded.
Seller Sourcebook Development LLC (AKA: The Seller Sourcebook) is NOT Affiliated with The Gym-mark Inc., Gymboree stores, the Gymboree website, Janie & Jack stores or the Janie & Jack website.
